Qualifikationen

• Four (4) years of experience in protective services, corporate security, physical security operations, emergency response, or related public safety functions with progressive leadership and supervisory experience.
• Satisfactory service in the career progression position immediately preceding Lieutenant.

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of staff, including scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing daily operations.
• Develops staffing plans, shift schedules, on-call rotations, leave requests, and personnel assignments for continuous coverage.
• Provides leadership, mentoring, coaching, and professional development for assigned personnel.
• Participates in assignments as operational needs dictate.
• Monitors employee performance and conducts evaluations, counseling, and career development planning.
• Delivers or coordinates training programs related to security, emergency preparedness, or threat/risk assessment.
• Serves as instructor and subject matter expert in security and operations.
