Job summary

Golden SVCS, LLC is seeking a Protective Service Officer in Training in Virginia Beach, VA. This on-site, full-time role leads to full-time employment after successful completion of the training program.

Upon completion, you will be hired as a Protective Security Officer, protecting federal property and employees, performing regular tours, inspecting safety devices, and enforcing site regulations. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a Social Security Card.
• Education - High School Diploma or GED from an accredited learning institution.
• Have verifiable documentation of experience in one of: armed security (2+ years) or honorable service in US Armed Forces (2+ years) or certified law enforcement education/training.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Able to pass a background investigation including criminal, credit and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Protect federal property and employees from theft, damage, hazards, or interference.
• Perform periodic security tours and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations pertaining to personnel, visitors and premises.
