Job summary

Crisis24 Global Protective Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader (STL) to run day-to-day security operations at the assigned office. You will supervise the team, manage safety and access controls, and coordinate with intelligence and investigations units to meet client expectations.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week, with duties including travel opportunities and maintaining strict confidentiality and client focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience managing/directing a security team.
• Ability to train, lead, enforce, and uphold standards/policies.
• Experience communicating with internal physical security teams and leaders.
• Pass pre-employment background investigation.
• Random drug screenings required.
• Valid driver license and U.S. Passport.
• State Security Guard Card and related credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities & Expectations

The Senior Team Leader (STL) is an experienced Emergency Response Agent (ERT) tasked with leading day-to-day operations of the assigned office. Reporting to the Regional Security Manager, The STL holds the point position in the eyes of the client as the trusted security response capability. Scheduling, personnel management, proactive and great communication skills are a must have for the STL ERT role. This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week. The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:

• Manage and maintain the overall safety and security of assigned office and employees.

• Monitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and cameras.

• Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.

• Opportunities for travel/special assignments.

• Effectively build relationships and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders.

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.

• Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).

• Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.

• Detects and reports suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.

• Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.

• Communicate effectively with your team and the client.

• Maintain a schedule to effectively account for your teams' needs and preferences of the detail.

• Ensure policies/procedures and licensing requirements are met by your team daily.

• Effectively lead and train a team to match client preferences and company standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years' experience managing/directing a security team.

• Ability to train, lead, enforce, and uphold standards/policies while communicating effectively with internal physical security team members.

• Ability and experience communicating directly with internal physical security teams enforcing a strong presence, recommending proactive measures in a security environment for the ultimate success of keeping the company assets and employees safe.

• Pass pre-employment background investigation.

• Participation in random drug screenings

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Possess a valid and current driver license

• Possess a valid U.S Passport

• Possess a valid State Security Guard Card

• Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred).

• Must pass Pre-employment Physical Readiness Test.

• Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.

• Ability to obtain State Exposed Firearm Permit credentials

• Must possess excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications

• Fast learner, possess the ability to jump into an opportunity and lead from the front.

• Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, or similar.

• Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.

• The ability or possession of a LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, AHA certification and/or CPR certification

• Familiar with Google Suite, Slack, Genetec, Ambient, Ontic Systems.
