Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Executive Protection Agent to safeguard executives and staff while traveling up to 50% of the time. You will be embedded in protective operations, ensuring safety and discretion across facilities and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional service.

• Monitor and inspect security infrastructure to ensure operational integrity.
• Produce detailed incident reports and maintain communications with leadership.
• Assist protective agents in field operations, including secure transport and body coverage.
• Enforce company access, photography, and sensitive area policies with professionalism.

This role requires travel a minimum of 50% of the time.

Your Mission

As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring

• Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
• Certifications & Credentials:
• Valid NY Armed Guard Card & NY CCL or HR 218/LEOSA
• U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
• Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation
• Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
