Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Protective Security Specialist with paramedic credentials to provide medical care and security support in austere, high-threat environments. You will conduct emergency medical interventions, support convoy operations, and assist with security post duties. A strong emphasis on fitness and English communication is required.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, valid driver’s license and passport, and successful completion of the PRT.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active or inactive National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification as a paramedic is required.
• CPR Professional Rescuer certification or American Heart Association BLS/ACLS and trauma training credentials required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of pre-hospital EMS experience at the AEMT/paramedic level.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
• Valid U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must pass pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced emergency medical care to contractor personnel and others as directed.
• Perform day-to-day personal protective security functions.
• Drive lead/escort vehicle and respond in motorcade operations as required.
• Maintain protective formation positions during principal movements.
• Participate in advance security preparations and staff residence or command posts.
