Job summary

Howden Life & Health is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team in a fully remote role within the United Kingdom. You will call warm leads to discuss protection needs, build rapport, and guide clients through product options while maintaining accurate records and meeting targets.

No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided; a customer-focused mindset and resilience are essential.

Howden Life & Health is an award-winning specialist insurance broker, helping clients find the right protection insurance from a carefully selected panel of insurers. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for ambitious and resilient individuals to join our Sales Team.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss their protection needs.


• Building rapport and understanding customer needs.


• Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.


• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.


• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.


• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.


• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.


• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.
