Shriners Children’s Spokane is seeking a Prosthetist and Orthotist to provide direct orthotics care, assist physicians with prescriptions, and supervise device fabrication. The role emphasizes teamwork with clinic staff to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a Bachelor's or Master’s in Orthotics and Prosthetics, ABC certification, and BLS. CAD and Central Fabrication experience are preferred for this pediatric specialty team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
• ABC Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as resource to physicians, patients, families in orthotics and prosthetics.
• Fabricates devices and directs technicians in fabrication.
• Maintains organized workflow with timely device delivery to patients.
• Documents patient care per departmental standards.
