Job summary

Spectrum Orthotics & Prosthetics in California is seeking a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to evaluate, design, fabricate, fit, and align prosthetic and orthotic devices for patients. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and the clinical team to deliver high standards of care.

The role requires ABC/BOC certification, state licensure eligibility, 3–5 years of clinical experience, and proficiency with CAD/CAM systems.

Qualifications

• Current ABC or BOC Certification as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO).
• Ability to obtain and maintain state licensure.
• 3-5 years of clinical practice preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments including medical history and lifestyle evaluation.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• Provide education and training on device use and care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and clinical team for coordinated care.
• Document patient interactions and device specifications per policies.
