Job summary

Hanger Clinic in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Prosthetist and/or Orthotist Clinician to deliver comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic care. You will evaluate, design, and fit devices, work with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to patient education and follow-up.

This role supports both adult and pediatric patients within a well-established O&P practice. Ideal candidates hold ABC certification (or Board-Eligibility) and possess a relevant degree; a valid driver’s license and willingness to

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from ABC or BOC, or ABC Board-Eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics or foreign equivalent, with ABC Board-Eligibility if applicable.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate need for prosthetic/orthotic services and discuss treatment options.
• Evaluate patients and formulate prosthetic/orthotic device design and plan.
• Perform fittings, static and dynamic alignments, and ensure fit and function.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care; document detailed clinical notes.
• Mentor residents or newly certified clinicians when applicable.
