Job summary

Martin Bionics in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a high-functioning prosthetics clinic. You will set clinic culture, oversee patient care from consultation through follow-up, and manage staff performance within the organization’s framework.

The role requires 5+ years in prosthetic care, state O&P licensing, and preferred ABC CP/CPO certification. Leadership experience is highly valued, with a focus on operational excellence and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in prosthetic care.
• State O&P license required.
• ABC Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) preferred.
• Familiarity with Martin Bionics’ socket system, or other adjustable systems, preferred.
• Previous leadership experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the culture & environment of the clinic.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and manage within the org chart.
• Lead with positivity and optimism.
• Oversee patient care from consultation to follow-up.
• Lead the team and manage staff performance.
• Oversee the full life cycle of patient care: consultation, evaluation, fitting, delivery, follow-up.
• Ensure administrative compliance and meeting collections goals.
• Manage clinic P&L, COGS and office expenses.
• Schedule patient and non-patient appointments for a full load.
• Complete clinical notes within 48 hours of each encounter.
• Lead weekly WIP meetings with clinic staff.
• Assist with staffing and hiring duties.
