You will build partnerships with surgeons and nurses, develop quarterly plans, and stay current on products, programs, and market dynamics while travel 1–2 overnights per week as needed. Base salary around $121,000 with incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 overnights per week.

• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales enablement platforms.
