The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at the H. John Heinz III Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center seeks a Prosthetic Representative to support the Prosthetic and Sensory Aids Service (PSAS), performing procurement, inventory management, and veteran referrals for clinical evaluation.

Positions span GS-05 to GS-11 with increasing responsibilities, including data analysis, contracting, and policy development. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with no telework option.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry-level prosthetic related assignments under supervision.
• Coordinates contracting and procurement with supervisor and vendors.
• Manages prosthetic inventory with Supply Chain oversight.
• Provides guidance on policies and procedures aligned with PSAS goals.
