Job summary

H-E-B in Prosper, TX is seeking a Receiving Lead to manage day-to-day operations of the GM receiving department. You will supervise inbound loads, verify invoices, and maintain backstock organization.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with store management and vendors, ensure sanitation, proper backroom rotation, and coach other receivers to uphold efficiency and accuracy.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Receiving / Store Lead Operations

• Receives incoming H-E-B / DSD loads, primarily for GM
• Ensures accuracy of invoice payments
• Maintains wareroom / backstock organization
• Monitors / manages stock levels; communicates with managers and vendors about upcoming deliveries and vendor backstock
• Maintains sanitation / cleanliness standards for incoming merchandise
• Ensures proper backroom product rotation
• Verifies incoming truck seals; completes seal reports
• Loads / unloads trucks; moves heavy, bulky product to storage areas
• Monitors / coaches other Receivers
