Qualifications

• Christian with high integrity, pursuing a relationship with God.
• Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in higher education, customer service, or sales.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize for department needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must pass background screening, including driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students by phone, text, email, social media, and mail.
• Provide information on admissions, financial aid, and campus life.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective students and families.
• Assist the Director and Admissions office with related duties.
• Handle admissions administrative tasks: phones, printing, mailing, organizing materials.
• Assist in planning and executing Admissions department projects and events.
• Support larger Enrollment Management initiatives and on-campus events.
