Indiana University Health Foundation is seeking a data-driven philanthropy professional to advance prospect development and research. This role blends standing deliverables with dashboards, pipeline metrics, and ad hoc requests from fundraisers, reporting to the Director, Philanthropy Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of relevant philanthropy experience.
• Working knowledge of fundraising software (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with iWave and DonorSearch preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in a matrix organization and data heavy environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with clear insights for fundraisers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive prospect research using internal and external sources.
• Apply scoring and portfolio criteria to optimize fundraiser portfolios.
• Enhance Salesforce patient feed methodology for compliant outreach
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time pipeline visibility
• Produce focused portfolio reviews to support strategic decisions
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from leadership and fundraisers
• Collaborate with data team on Salesforce optimization
• Refine workflows and maintain standards as new tools emerge
• Report monthly metrics to leadership
