Job summary

You will collaborate with gift officers to optimize donor portfolios, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, and synthesize datasets for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 6+ years of related work experience for Prospect Development Analyst level.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Knowledge of fundraising processes and donor engagement.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion collaboration and data integrity within the prospect management system (Salesforce).
• Partner with gift officers to optimize donor portfolios and engagement.
• Enter and track donor engagement data and fundraising activity.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to inform fundraising strategies and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-campus collaboration to support donor qualification and gift outcomes.
• Provide frontline support and guidance on policies and procedures.
