Job summary

The Prospect Management Analyst at the University of Oregon reports to the Associate Director of Prospect Development and is responsible for auditing and tracking prospect data, ensuring data integrity, and producing analytics for leadership.

In this role you will train frontline fundraisers and staff on the Prospect Management System, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance donor engagement and fundraising performance.

Qualifications

• College level courses in statistics (at least six quarter hours) or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience assisting with gathering, analyzing, and reporting research information and statistics.
• Transcripts must be submitted for all required and related courses.

Responsibilities

• Audit and track prospect records, maintaining data integrity through the pipeline.
• Perform analytics and produce reports to inform leadership about fundraising performance.
• Provide training and hands-on instruction for data input and Prospect Management System usage.
