Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Prospect Management Analyst to join the Medical Advancement team. The role partners with the team to identify top prospects, manage the Grateful Patient review process, and prepare data for quarterly strategy consultations.

The position is full-time with an optional hybrid schedule and reports to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Relevant Experience (2 Years) in related field.
• Experience in a prospect development, research, or prospect management function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Medical Advancement gift officer queues and processes, including building qualification queues.
• Prioritize queues based on data points to identify top prospects in queues.
• Collaborate with Prospect Research to identify current donors that are Leadership or Major gift prospects.
• Manage the Pre-Opportunity review and assignment process.
• Identify recent Grateful Patients for assignment.
• Analyze and curate data for strategy sessions and consultations, at the direction of the Senior Associate Director.
• Collaborate with Annual Giving PMC to manage the assignment of Med Annual Giving prospects.
• Provide critical support in the management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data in CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
