The Prospect Development and Research Coordinator will work as a member of the Endeavor Health foundations’ Philanthropy Operations team to support the identification, research and analysis of prospects for cultivation and solicitation to drive the foundations’ philanthropic portfolio growth and revenue raised in support of Endeavor Health initiatives.
Areas of philanthropic support include clinical excellence, patient care, innovative research, and training the next generation of clinicians and staff.
The Endeavor Health foundations seek a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team member to provide fundraising support across the foundations in pipeline development and donor outreach.
This position will maintain data integrity and prospect qualifications related to portfolios and pipelines to increase donor loyalty and upgrades to gifts.
The candidate should be a problem-solver and an analytical thinker, operating under the direction of the Prospect Development and Research Manager to support the delivery of complex data.
The Coordinator will work collaboratively with members of the Philanthropy Operations and foundations’ teams to support fundraising goals.
