Job summary

Herc Rentals seeks a ProSolutions Shop Supervisor to lead daily shop operations, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, efficient service and maintenance of ProSolutions equipment. You will drive quality, safety, and productivity while coordinating with branch staff to meet customer needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in equipment service, and supervisory experience, plus a valid license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits and a competitive pay range are provided.

• Mentor technicians and promote safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of parts and supplies.
• Conduct shop audits for cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Inspect outgoing equipment for proper function and customer specs.
• Collaborate with branch staff to support operations and satisfaction.
• Document and report shop metrics and costs.
• Troubleshoot complex repair issues and provide hands-on support.
