Job summary

The Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops in Fort Worth are seeking a confident Keyholder to drive guest experiences and sales on the shop floor. You’ll support daily operations, supervise teammates, and help maintain the highest standards of service during peak times.

With a High School Diploma or GED and retail‑friendly communication, you’ll balance customer engagement with store tasks, support onboarding, and promote star service to fans while meeting daily KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Retail experience preferred and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Lead and coach teammates to deliver Star Service and upsell.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate campaigns to customers.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and keep the store tidy.
• Balance customer service with opening/closing and cash handling.
• Assist Store Manager with onboarding and training.
• Promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to fans.

Selling Culture and Talent:

Engages in a selling culture focused on acquiring the needs of customers and building relationships. Motivates and encourages teammates to uphold performance expectations. Able to advise, upsell, and influence the purchase of additional products to maximize sales. Contributes to a winning culture that strives to meet store’s daily KPIs both individually and as a team. Assists the Store Manager with the onboarding process for new associates and delivers training in areas such as point of sale execution, merchandising standards, and customer service. Promotes Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to all fans.

Operational Excellence:

• Understands, follows, and able to accurately communicate all company policies and procedures with integrity.
• Works effectively to maintain an inviting shopping atmosphere for our fans by ensuring the selling floor, cashwrap, fitting rooms, and stockrooms are well maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Able to protect assets through proactive customer engagement on the sales floor, properly checking in merchandise upon arrival, and providing consistent accuracy in cash handling.

• Completes opening/closing procedures.

• Able to balance our exceptional customer service experience with necessary operational tasks.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in a retail setting preferred
• Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
• Able to lift 30lbs.
• Strong communication skills
• Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
• Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
• Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
