Qualifications

• Six months of experience practicing law.

Responsabilités

• Manages court docket, court schedules and ensures deadlines are met.
• Trains and assists in training less experienced misdemeanor prosecutors.
• Evaluates assigned case by researching laws, interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and determining appropriate actions.
• Drafts and files motions, briefs, or other legal documents for trial or hearing.
• Explains legal processes to witnesses and prepares them for court testimony, keeping clients informed.
