Job summary

The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office is seeking a full-time attorney to advance justice for crime victims and the community. You will work across multiple units including Misdemeanor, DUI, Traffic, Juvenile, Domestic Violence, Drug Unit and Felony under general supervision.

Qualified candidates must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in Illinois. This in-person role offers flexibility with part-time or remote arrangements for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Full-time in-person attorneys preferred; part-time and/or remote arrangements may be considered.
