Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne seeks a Test Specialist to join the Propulsion Components team in multiple shifts. You will help design, build, and operate test facilities for valves, regulators, and actuators used in Falcon, Dragon, and Starship hardware.

Responsibilities include fabricating instrumentation and test fixtures, running tests, and troubleshooting complex systems while collaborating with engineers to document procedures and improve test methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of professional hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read electro-mechanical schematics and P&ID diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Design test fixtures, setups, and stands for production or development.
• Fabricate instrumentation and test systems following specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
