Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a hands-on technical position or a bachelor's degree in an engineering field.

• Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and ensure propulsion production test systems are operating at rate.
• Support production tests including equipment configuration and troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement process changes to improve yield and performance.
