Qualificações

• Minimum five years of test experience with procedures and data analysis.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently.
• Strong fundamentals in fluids and thermodynamics.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering standards and drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; foster inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades

• Support thruster test planning and execution with procedures and scheduling.
• Identify and mitigate risks for safe, repeatable tests.
• Integrate hardware for test campaigns and perform inspections.
• Analyze test data to evaluate thruster performance and trends.
• Contribute to test reports, investigations, and lessons learned.
• Operate ground support equipment and fluid systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes and safety.
