Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination with 3 years of applicable experience.
• Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 7 years' related experience.
• Knowledge of propulsion testing, data acquisition, and software.
• Proficient in SMT/through-hole soldering, cable assembly, and test equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems and DAQ hardware.
• Fabricate PCB assemblies and wiring harnesses per IPC J-STD standards.
• Assemble and test RF systems, cables, connectors, and related components.
• Use test equipment to verify performance and assist diagnostics with engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex testing projects.
