The role requires PCB and cable fabrication, soldering to IPC J-STD, and collaboration with engineering teams to drive project success and continuous improvement. Full-time, on-site position with relocation negotiable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination with 3 years of applicable experience.
Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 7 years' related experience.
Knowledge of propulsion testing, data acquisition, and software.
Proficient in SMT/through-hole soldering, cable assembly, and test equipment use.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems and DAQ hardware.
Fabricate PCB assemblies and wiring harnesses per IPC J-STD standards.
Assemble and test RF systems, cables, connectors, and related components.
Use test equipment to verify performance and assist diagnostics with engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex testing projects.
