Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years engine technician experience in gas turbine/aerospace/defense.
• Familiar with engines, engine controls, and testing.
• Ability to collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers.
• Ability to autonomously build combustion engines for test.
• Willing to work with developmental hardware without established work instructions.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and teardown engine test stands and turbine applications for development testing.
• Maintain safety with high attention to detail in daily operations.
• Work with turbojet and combustion hardware, plus electrical and sensor connections.
• Maintain test stands and equipment to support engine test and integration.
• Set up developmental engines on test stands and gather data for runs.
• Contribute to development of the coolest engines in aviation.
