Job summary

Relativity Space, Inc. is seeking a Propulsion Technician to join the engine manufacturing team and help assemble and test Aeon-R components. You will work on the front line of engine assembly, sub-assemblies, and testing, supporting precision cleaning, flow testing, and proof testing in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, adherence to safety, and collaboration with engineers. Monday–Friday 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience working on engines with a focus on engine components.
• Familiarity with gas generator cycle engine architecture and nomenclature.
• Experience with high-pressure fluid system development and testing.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical system integration.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Front-line assembly and testing of Aeon-R engine components and sub-assemblies.
• Support precision cleaning, hydrostatic proof testing, and flow testing.
• Assist in engine assembly and development of robust processes.
