Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with propulsion-related simulations or hardware.
• Experience with GT-SUITE, AMESIM, or similar software.
• Working knowledge of vehicle propulsion system design, operation, or testing.
• Ability to interpret analysis results and communicate technical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and build analytical propulsion system models using 1D tools (GT-SUITE, AMESIM, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Integrate plant models into larger system-level models for SIL/HIL co-simulation.
• Provide component- and system-level design recommendations based on analysis results.
• Improve analysis practices to enhance fidelity and execution speed.
• Collaborate with global propulsion teams and mentor new members.
• Support technical problem resolution using simulations and analysis results.
• Develop automation tools using Python or MATLAB.
