Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior Systems Engineering or related experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior Systems Engineering or related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior Systems Engineering or related experience.
• 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive system and facility requirements for the specification, design, and construction of a propulsion system manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to enhance facility performance, ensuring that facility requirements support processes and comply with relevant policies, regulations, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met during the design and construction phases.
• Provide support for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure the timely completion of the facility.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure facility design requirements comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
• Present findings and updates in written reports and oral presentations to stakeholders at various levels.
