Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design with 6+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Alternative: 10+ years of Mechanical Design experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, create 3D models, and support detailed drawings for manufacture.
• Conduct trade studies and specify components and procedures with IPT collaboration.
• Support production, supplier reviews, and nonconforming hardware resolution.
• Prepare engineering reports, tolerance analyses, and test plans; travel up to 25%.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.
