Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Performance Engineer to support propulsion system performance analysis and validation by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and reporting test performance data across development, acceptance, and qualification programs.

Reporting to the Senior Performance Engineer, you will focus on data integrity and actionable insights. You will collaborate with Test, Product, Design, and Manufacturing to transform test data into clear performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 4+ years of performance analysis or data analysis experience.
• Experience with engine or propulsion testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze performance data from test events.
• Create reports, plots, and tables for internal and customer use.
• Ensure data integrity and traceability across datasets.
• Support correlation of analytical models to test data.
• Prepare performance content for design reviews and program updates.
