Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a visionary Head of Production for the Rocket Motor Systems division at our McHenry, MS facility. You will own RMS production from strategy to day-to-day operations, driving quality, safety, and scalable manufacturing to meet ambitious defense programs.

You will lead a large, diverse team on site five days a week, shaping long-term capacity while delivering tactical execution and continuous improvement in a high-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-volume manufacturing leadership in hardware-focused industries.
• Experience architecting and scaling production from NPI to high-rate manufacturing.
• Leadership across supply chain, procurement, and warehousing.
• Experience leading a large diverse team and a major production site.
• On-site leadership at the McHenry, MS facility five days a week.
