The Propulsion Engineer II role involves the design, development, and evaluation of propulsion systems, subsystems, and components for space vehicles, including launch vehicles, spacecraft, and related technologies. Requirements
  • Requires bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
  • Typically, 2+ years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of Propulsion Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with general guidance from senior engineers.
  • Clear verbal and written communication of technical concepts and information.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using engineering design software and tools such as CAD, FEA, or CFD.
  • Strong understanding of propulsion system components and their functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Range: $82,461.00 - $113,403.75 Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
