Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years hands-on assembly experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities in complex assemblies.
• Understanding LOx and helium system cleanliness requirements.
• Hands-on work with large and small components.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to lead and follow in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in rocket engines, turbomachinery, or related assembly.
• A&P license is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble engines, turbomachinery, and component hardware.
• Perform leak checks and AVI checkouts on all hardware.
• Disassemble and inspect tested engines and provide insights.
• Develop detailed work instructions to improve build quality.
• Suggest changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist development of tooling for support operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and teammates.
• Lead by example and adapt to evolving processes.
