Job summary

India is seeking an IS Study Specialist to coordinate CAPEX and Transformation Cost information for Propulsion System Programs and prepare materials for leadership governance on new and current models.

The role requires self-starting leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to assimilate product/process data to document implementation plans. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and clear executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years of automotive project experience preferably in Manufacturing.
• Experience working in project teams to document/implement project requirements.
• Strong computer skills - particularly in Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
• Ability to communicate with Executive/Senior Management.
• Successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and Documenting Process Cost Estimates including CAPEX and Transformation Costs.
• Creating Presentations for leadership review/approval.
• Attending Product meetings and monitoring requirements for IS intervention.
• Tracking/Reporting out on Planned Activities to implement Product Actions in various forums.
• Contributing to or Producing Financial Analysis including Make/Buy Analyses.
