Job summary

India is seeking a senior engineer to support the Chief Engineer in overseeing Electric Drive Modules (EDMs) across current and new launch applications. You will be the single point of contact for technical execution, ensuring cost, timing, performance and warranty targets are met.

Responsibilities include managing EDM project scope, leading PSDP, coordinating milestones, reviewing DVP&R, and driving risk management with quality teams to maintain production continuity and service readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with systems engineering processes and DFMEA/DVP&R.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed EDM program deliverables (cost, timing, performance, quality).
• Oversee EDM project hardware, software, controls, calibration, and packaging.
• Lead the Propulsion System Development Process for EDMs across vehicle families.
