Job summary

IntelliGenesis seeks a Proposal/Technical Writer to support Business Development and Program Management in drafting proposals, past performances, white papers, and methodologies. You’ll maintain documentation for ISO, CMMI, and CMMC compliance while collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver narrative content and visuals.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 3+ years of Technical Writing experience within US Federal Government/Intelligence Community.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Technical understanding of AI/ML and cybersecurity disciplines.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17024, CMMI-DEV, and CMMC compliance.
• Understanding of DoD contract vehicles, terms and conditions, writing standards, success factors.
• Experience in production and/or editing of technical documents for non-technical audiences.
• Fluid technical writing and editing using AP Style or government guides.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Planner).
• Excellent written and oral communication, risk-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and produce persuasive content for proposals and related documents.
• Participate in all phases of the proposal lifecycle from strategy to production.
• Develop outlines, storyboards, and graphics for various proposal types.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate technical input into proposal content.
• Identify and validate information from multiple sources to enrich content.
• Organize and format documents to comply with requirements.
• Participate in color team reviews and implement feedback.
• Coordinate multiple projects while meeting timelines and compliance.
• Develop templates, SOPs, boilerplate content, and user guides for pursuits.
• Maintain document libraries and support knowledge management initiatives.
• Provide copywriting, document design, and reviews for marketing campaigns.
• Track and evaluate business opportunities and assist with schedules and resources.
