Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Specialist – Service Bids and Proposals to prepare comprehensive technical and commercial service proposals and long-term service agreements for substation automation projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience preparing technical and commercial service proposals.
• Over five years of experience in the electrical power systems field, particularly in substation or power automation systems (preferred).
• Experience with SCADA and Substation Automation bid preparation is desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical power and industrial system applications.
• Understanding of commercial terms and Incoterms.

• Excellent technical English writing skills; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
