What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate kick-off meetings to define expectations and project goals
- Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage adherence to the proposal schedule
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategic messages and win themes
- Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and editing narrative
- Communicate and coordinate status updates with the proposal team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in preparing architectural and engineering proposals for government and private clients
- Familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
