Edupoint Educational Systems in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking a Proposal Development Lead to enhance and manage proposal efforts in response to K-12 requests. This role demands strong project management and communication skills, and an ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

HOURS: Eight hour shift M-F within 6:00 am to 6:00 pm MST operating hours.
This position supports Edupoint Educational Systems by engaging in proposal development, proposal authoring, and the timely production of responsive and fully compliant proposals in response to complex K-12 requests for proposals (RFPs) and customer requests.
Lead cross-functional proposal team through the formal process for responding to informal customer requests as well as complex RFP solicitations.
Minimum: BS/BA degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
5 years’ experience in sales, software marketing, or product marketing of software solutions with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in proposal development
Experience in the K-12 administrative software market preferred

Work may require sitting for long periods of time; also stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies, occasionally lifting files, objects or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary. Hearing must be in the normal range for telephone and video conferencing contacts. Visual acuity necessary to work extended hours on computer screens. Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise and which can be fast paced and project intensive. Travel and some extended overnight trips in the performance of duties may be required.
