As the new Proposal Specialist, you will closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring that customer requirements are clearly communicated to the bid team, along with progress updates, approvals and quality. Furthermore, you will take ownership of offer approvals, particularly in relation to the public sector, while collaborating with our sales teams, to gather accurate estimations for prices, products and solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with services and sales teams to produce high value propositions and answers to RFPs
• Stay insightful and involved with regards to key market partners, particularly in the public sectors, including competitors, partners, customers public/private
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and ensure that the right collaborators are engaged, information/contributions are gathered, and quality is achieved
• Be the Subject Matter Expert, and go-to-person, concerning everything related to public sector procurement's best practices
• Closely collaborate with pre-sales, sales and delivery resources, according to the given Bid/RFP proposal
• Master Bid/RFP processes, within the IT ecosystem, preferably Microsoft
• 3+ years' experience in a similar Bid-role, preferably with software vendors
• Hands-on expertise in working within the public sector and IT services, including software and cloud
• Previous work experience within the Tender Management Portals, such as RFP/Proposal/Bid Management

• Organizational skills, paired with the ability to prioritize your time and manage tasks in an efficient manner
• Analytical skills, able to analyse complex reports and come up with appropriate solutions
• Take full ownership of the P/L process, while independently learning and growing
