What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop professional services contracts ensuring clear understanding of deliverables and financials among stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead internal scoping sessions to create detailed services contracts and proposals
- Facilitate creation of level of effort estimates and recommend pricing models to achieve project success
- Maintain ongoing contact with the Sales team to monitor resolution of contract-related items
- Act as a liaison with legal and finance departments to address business and legal redlines to contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires 2 - 5 years of experience authoring proposals or statements of work (SOWs), preferably in IT Professional Services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for conveying complex service solutions
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization and external partners
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, Journalism, Business Analysis, or a related field preferred
