Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Professional Services Proposal Solutions Analyst to help organize proposals, sales materials, and deal activities. You’ll work with Sales, Business Development, and cross‑functional partners to coordinate responses to customer requests and support the creation of compelling solution materials.

This hybrid role requires on-site work at Best Buy location and some remote work. You’ll manage content libraries, track timelines, and ensure accuracy and compliance across proposals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Installation Services, Retail, B2B Sales, or a related field.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities for large service opportunities, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Create and maintain proposals, presentations, pricing materials, and solution documents.
• Manage a centralized library of approved content, templates, and supporting resources.
• Track timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and key decisions throughout the deal process.
• Review proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
• Provide reporting, research, and administrative support to help drive deal success.

As a Professional Services Proposal Solutions Analyst, you’ll help bring complex business deals to life by keeping proposals, sales materials, and deal activities organized and moving forward. You’ll work closely with Sales, Business Development, and cross‑functional partners to coordinate responses to customer requests, maintain proposal content, and support the creation of compelling solution materials. If you enjoy managing details, collaborating with a variety of teams, and helping turn opportunities into successful deals, this role is for you.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on‑site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate proposal activities for large service opportunities, RFPs, and RFIs.
