Capital Blue Cross is seeking a Proposal Marketing Writer for the Sales Communication Strategy team in Harrisburg. You will develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and other strategic communications to showcase Capital's value to customers.
You’ll collaborate with Commercial Group Sales and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact content, respond to RFIs, and maintain the RFP library in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
Base pay is influenced by several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and anticipated contributions to meet the needs of the business, along with internal pay equity and external market-driven rates. The salary range displayed has not been adjusted for geographical location. The Proposal Marketing Writer is an integral member of the Sales Communication Strategy team, who drives the development of compelling, persuasive, and timely proposals and other sales communications that help to position Capital competitively in market. This role collaborates closely with Commercial Group Sales, fellow marketers, and many subject matter experts to develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and other strategic communications that clearly articulate our value and help us stand out with customers. The Proposal Marketing Writer plays a key role in shaping Capital’s voice and ensures that every customer touchpoint reflects our promise to be the most trusted health plan by going the extra mile for our customers.
