Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead pursuit teams, manage proposal development, and coordinate CRM-driven activities across service lines. You’ll partner with technical teams to create compelling materials and win strategies for client interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based on the position.

Responsibilities

• Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that list client submission requirements and identify proposal team action items.
• Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision (preferred).
• Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign. Experience with additional programs, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is preferred.
• Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines.
• Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews.
• Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database.
