Job summary

Parametrix, a 100% employee-owned consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Southwest Region. You will support proposal development, coordinate responses to RFQs/RFPs, and help craft client-focused content across multiple offices.

You will work with technical teams and regional leaders to produce high-quality proposals, maintain CRM records, and manage schedules while growing your marketing skills in professional services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or business development within engineering/construction/professional services.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating RFQ, RFP, and statements of qualifications responses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to RFQs, RFPs, and statements of qualifications and related marketing materials.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and production plans.
• Collaborate with technical staff and pursuit leaders to gather information for content.
