This role serves as the final quality authority for RFPs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately represent Meritain Health’s capabilities and value proposition.
Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and associated questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.
Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to develop compelling, customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health.
