Proposal Manager - Remote

The Role

The Proposal Manager will develop unique proposal responses for federal, municipal, educational, healthcare, and private sector opportunities. This role involves overseeing multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to RFP requirements for all submissions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience managing multiple, complex proposals
• Ability to produce detailed fixed-price estimates using RS Means or similar published unit price books
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods and means
• Previous experience supporting a general contractor is a plus
• Strong abilities to:

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: Lead research, writing, and graphic development for proposals. Develop strategic win themes, lead meetings, guide contributors, and manage proposal schedules. Ensure compliance with all solicitation requirements and manage the end-to-end proposal process including oral presentations and BAFOs.

• Safety: Ensure compliance with Centennial’s HSEQ guidelines and all relevant safety regulations (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.)

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• The role is based in an office environment, involving prolonged sitting and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift/move up to 15 pounds frequently.
